45-Minute Glow Run

Run continuously for 45 minutes — open to all paces. Glow sticks provided to every participant. Light up the night!

All attendees will park in the Proctor High School Gold Lot, Blue Lot, or Grey Lot.

Every participant receives a race bib and a glow stick to light up the night! Add a t-shirt for $35 total. No shirt? No problem — just wear your brightest neon colors and glow with the crowd! 🌟

We couldn't make this event happen without our amazing volunteers. Choose a role below and sign up — every helping hand makes a difference!

Lap Counter

Track and count laps for runners throughout the 45-minute Glow Run. You will tally laps directly on participants' bibs to keep an accurate count and help runners track their progress throughout the run.

Arrival: Please arrive by 6:15 PM for check-in and instructions

Set Up

Help prepare the venue before the event begins — setting up tables, signs, decorations, check-in stations, and anything else needed to get the Glow Run ready to shine.

Arrival: Please arrive by 4:00 PM for early setup

Take Down

Help clean up and pack everything away after the event wraps up. This includes breaking down tables, collecting signage, and leaving the venue in great shape.

Arrival: Stay after the event ends — takedown begins at 8:45 PM

Greet participants as they arrive, verify their registration, hand out bibs and glow sticks, and answer any questions. You're the first face people see — make it a great one!
